Where does JJ Collective ship?
We proudly ship from Toronto, Ontario, delivering curated gift boxes,
baskets, and stand alone gifts across Canada and the United States.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — all JJ Collective gift boxes priced at $100 and above include free
standard shipping within Canada.

How long does standard shipping take?
Standard delivery typically arrives within 3–10 business days, depending
on your location and our fulfillment window.

Can I get my order faster?
Absolutely. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout,
including next business day
delivery to most major Canadian cities.

Can you deliver by a specific date?
If your gift is time sensitive, add a note at checkout with your
preferred delivery date or reply to your order confirmation. We’ll do
our best to coordinate timing on our end.

Which carriers do you use?
We partner with trusted carriers including: UPS, Purolator, and Canada
Post. Your carrier is selected based on your region and the size of your
gift box.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
Yes — however, P.O. Boxes can only be serviced through Canada Post,
which may affect delivery speed. Whenever possible, we recommend
providing a street address.

How do I track my order?
Once your gift ships, you’ll receive an automated email with your
tracking number and carrier details. If you don’t see it within two
business days, check your spam folder or email us at
hello@jjcollective.ca.

How do multiple or corporate orders ship?
For orders of 8+ boxes or multi address corporate gifting, timelines may
vary based on volume and coordination. Our team will confirm a delivery
window with you directly. To begin a corporate order, reach out to
